About Course : The Labour Welfare Department, as a part of Social Sciences offers this unique programme since 2006. It is recognized by the government of Gujarat as a valid programme for the post of labour welfare officer under the factories Act, 1948. The programme is structured to felicitate education, research, training and fulfil the requirements of industrial sector so as to maintain harmonious industrial relations. It focuses on areas like human resource management, industrial relation, and labour/industrial/corporate laws, social and industrial psychology, environment and eco system, managerial communication, labour economics etc. MLW offers 100% placement opportunities at national / international / Ngo level.

Eligibility : Any Graduation with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.

Duration of the Programme : The MLW course is full-time two-year Master Degree program.

Medium of Instruction : English / Gujarati.
